Gameboard of the PastBy: Tadd Koch and Antonio Gray (Grade 1)
What type of games did they play in the past? Facts: By reading books, we found that the children years ago played tag and Ring-Around-the-Rosey. They also played games in the one room school house with all kids at different ages. To help us answer our question, we saw a movie, looked at books, and saw pictures on the internet. Summary: This is how we made our project. We took a wooden board and traced it on construction paper. We then pasted that paper on the board. We ct out yellow and green squares and pasted them on to form a way to go. We put pictures of things in the one room schoolhouse on the game too. We made game cards out of cardboard and pieces out of clay to move on the board. |
